Thèmes du stage :              Orgue : répertoire varié, de la musique baroque à la musique romantique ;

Theme of the academy : Organ : repertory from baroc to romantic ; improvisation ; clavichord. Pianoforte : Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven (works before 1803). Detailed program : see the document (written in French, but that should not be a problem for people to understand the days, and the titles of the pieces proposed : please click on following link to download that document : dépliant du stage). The pianist will have their own shedule, wis their teacher : Michel Gaechter. This year, the organisation for the organ lessons will be different than past years. The organists choose one of the 4 groups proposed. For the 3 groups :  Freddy Eichelberger-french baroc music ; Jan Willem Jansen- german baroc music, Benjamin Righetti-romantic musique), the participants prepare the proposed repertory, and those who want will play during the last lesson, for all the organists (audition). The 4th group, the « free group » chooses day after day the lessons he wants to join, or can be listener sometimes in one or the other of the 3 other groups. That « free group » is specialy recommanded for those who want to have a varied program during the academy, or for those who are more beginner in organ, or for those who want to have lessons specially with Francis Jacob or Claude Roser.

• Organised by the Association des Amis de l’Orgue de Saessolsheim (Association of the friend of the organ of Saessolsheim), this academy is open to organists and pianists of every level.

For pianoforte : the instrument will be a copy made by Theo Kobald of an instrument from Walter 1795.

The lessons will be mostly in French. Translation can be given if asked.

– the lessons are described in the specific document. For a good organisation, the participants are asked to give on a separated paper, with their inscription the complete list and the groups they want to integrate (specialy for the organists, or people wanting to have lessons on both instruments) and the pieces they want to play. The detail of the pieces can be given later, for the organist, the choice of the groups has to be done with the inscription.
